The Ponds
We have seven small ponds containing a total of three acres of water. They are stocked with hybrid bluegill, largemouth bass, and channel catfish. Our largest pond also contains some small crappie.
The Fish
- Our largest catfish weigh 15-20 pounds. Most of our catfish are in the 2-15 pound range.
- Our largest bluegill weight about 1.5 pounds. Most are in the 1/3 to 1-pound range.
- The largest bass ever caught weighed in at 7.5 pounds. Most bass are in the 1/2-pound to 3-pound range.
All of our fish are farm-raised. We do not buy and stock large blue catfish or flathead catfish harvested from public waters by commercial fishermen.
The Bait Shop
Our bait shop provides a great place to take a break and relax. Sit and enjoy nice views of the ponds. Multiple ceiling fans provide a chance to cool down on a hot day.
You can purchase bait of various types including night crawlers and chicken liver. We sell some fishing tackle and novelty gifts. We also provide limited concessions including cold beverages and snacks.
We have a limited number of landing nets and wagons free for customers to use while fishing as well.
The Pavilion
In addition to the seating in our bait shop, we have a covered pavilion with picnic tables that can seat 60 people.
